Christa Maurer, Dr. Isa Mücke, and Lisa Buddemeier are the proven and seaworthy leaders of our training on board. The training content was developed by themselves, and the three succeed again and again to transfer their expertise and enthusiasm to the participants.

Christa Maurer
Graduate Trainer and Consultant (BaTB) & Business Administration graduate (VWA), majoring in marketing; Certified Persolog® Trainer (DISC model according to Prof. John G. Geier); Independent lecturer at Ravensburg University of Cooperative Education. Author of numerous articles and books including "With Magellan and Captain Cook on the bridge" (Mit Magellan und Captain Cook auf der Kommandobrücke). BaTB Trainer Award 2005 in the "Leadership" category. Self-employed trainer and consultant according to BaTB and BDVT with a focus on leadership, team development, communication and personality; Long-standing management and leadership experience in a major international company engaged in the dental industry. In addition, long-standing experience as a management trainer; since 2009, she led over 20 leadership training seminars aboard the 'Eye of the Wind'. |

Self-employed trainer and consultant with focus on management diagnostics and personnel development. Several years of training to become a behavioural trainer and organizational developer. Many years of experience as a management trainer and in a senior human resources role responsible for staff development and the entire personnel management in renowned companies in the automotive, financial services and real estate sectors. |

Lisa Buddemeier
Psychology graduate Since 2006 self-employed, as a mediator, trainer and coach with a focus on team development and intercultural competence. Lecturer in Intercultural Management at the University of Bremen. Work experience in over ten countries and four languages with different target groups from over 40 countries.
First sailing trials at the age of 3 years - sailing world champion and European champion (2011) in the boat class "Laser 2". As a passionate and ambitious sailor Lisa Buddemeier has a trained eye for the processes on board, and as an experienced trainer the necessary background knowledge to transfer the on board challenges experienced in the everyday work of the participant. On the 'Eye of the Wind' her most important training principles are best implemented: Learning with fun and in a setting that promotes development and understanding, and where each training is unique and new. |
